HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 20, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is reviewing petitioner’s revised testing protocol.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is September 4, 2008. Petitioner agreed to file
an additional deadline waiver within the next seven days.
