HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 20, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties
were waiting for respondent’s technical unit to review the revised budget proposal, and
respondent’s attorney was going to try to expedite this process.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
