HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 21, 2008, the parties informed the hearing officer that they continue to

discuss a possible resolve in this matter. The parties agreed to continue the status

conference. It was also agreed that respondent’s answer or other pleading is now due on

or before July 31, 2008.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic

status conference on July 17, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated

by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the

status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
