HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 20, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the trustee is not
willing to sign the proposed settlement agreement before the federal consent order is finalized.
At the next status conference, the parties may have more information on how long this will take.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on June 23, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
