HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 19, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioners’ attorney hopes to file the settlement agreement with the Board
before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on June 23, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
