HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 19, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent a revised settlement agreement in
light of additional erosion discovered at the site. Respondent will review the revised
language.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:30 a.m. on July 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
