HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 12, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant will soon send respondent a revised settlement
agreement that incorporates changes from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 11, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
