ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
On April 21, 2008, petitioner filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss these two underground
storage tank appeals, which were consolidated by Board order of May 18, 2006. The appeals
concern a site located at 210 East Pine Street in Percy, Randolph County. According to the
motion, the parties have settled and dismissal is in the interests of justice and the environment.
The Board grants the motion, dismisses the appeals, and closes the dockets.
