HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 6, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are taking measures to reach Annette Topps to encourage her
to sell the site to respondent so that the proceeds may be used to pay her default
judgment. The matter against respondent will then be dismissed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on June 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
