HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 8, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. It appears now that the settlement that was anticipated will not proceed
due to a change in financial status regarding the respondent. The parties were directed to
discern on how they wish to proceed in the above-captioned matter prior to the next
telephonic status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 29, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
