HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 1, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant anticipates that within 10 days it will file a motion to
withdraw its motion for protective order, filed June 4, 5 and 6, 2003. The respondent
anticipates that it will serve new interrogatories within the next 14 days. Finally, the
parties were directed to submit a proposed revised discovery schedule within the next 45
days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on June
26, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
