HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 6, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. The parties agree that the deadline for respondent's answer to the complaint is stayed
pending settlement negotiations. A deadline for the answer shall be set if it appears that a
hearing will be necessary.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
