HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 6, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents need clarification about further actions required at the site.
Complainant’s attorney will speak to the inspector to answer respondents’ questions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 17, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
