HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 5, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant will send the revised settlement agreement to the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The proposed agreement may be filed with
the Board before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on August 4, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
