HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 5, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents expect to complete the clean-up by the end of the month,
after which complainant will reinspect the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:00 a.m. on June 17, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
