HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Within the next week, the parties expect comments from the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency regarding respondent’s financial information.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 23, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
