Illinois Register

format; and

3.

A diskette containing a copy of the Notice of Adopted Amendments

and the text of Part 1010.

Pursuant to I Ill. Adm. Code 100.Subpart E, the following are enclosed for filing

with the Secretary of State:

1.

One original and two copies, all printed on one side of the page,

correctly compiled, and three hole punched, of the Code version of

the text for Part 1010.

2.

One original and two copies of the Board's Certifications of

Adoption.

3.

A copy of the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules'

Certification of No Objection.

Please file these adopted amendments and publish them in the

Illinois Register

as

soon as is possible.
