HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 29, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are waiting for respondent’s technical unit to review the
revised budget proposal. Respondent’s attorney will try to expedite this process.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 20, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
