To whom it may concern;

I am responding to the Administrative Citation which was filed by the Illinois Environmental

Protection Agency. The petition indicates that my property is being used as a dumping site. The property

mentioned in the citation is a residential residence. Even though it is not livable, the merchandise that is

on the property has been purchased through various auctions. I use the house as a storage place for

merchandise that I have bought and paid for. Everything on the property is of value to me and is not

considered by me, as trash.

Under the pictures in the complaint EXP #6. I ddn't see where it is against the law to have a cooler and a

garden hose in your yard.

This is just a small example of some of the pictures that I don't see is against the law. The car in

the pictures has a valid license plate on it and is not expired. The boats and snowmobiles are all mine

and at the time the boats were tarped and on trailers. I really don't see where the issue is in regards to

this stuff being considered trash. This is stuff that I have bought and paid for.
