HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 28, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties expect a trial in the related circuit court case in August or
September, 2008. Although the parties do not have a formal discovery schedule on
record with the Board, both parties agree to stay their internal discovery deadlines in this
case pending the trial.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 4, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainants.
