HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 24, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that the parties are still discussing the
possibility of settlement and that documents are being exchanged regarding economic
benefit analysis. The parties agreed that they will submit a proposed discovery schedule
on or before June 5, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on June 19, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
