HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 21, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear, and their attorney has withdrawn from
the case. Respondents are reminded that incorporated entities must be represented by
counsel in Board proceedings. Complainant sent a request to admit facts to respondent
AET Environmental, Inc., and is now preparing a request to admit facts for respondent
E.O.R. Energy, LLC.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
