HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 17, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties were informed that respondent’s motion for leave to file
its post-hearing brief

was granted.
The hearing officer will also address complainant’s motion to modify post-
hearing briefing schedule, filed August 6, 2007. The complainant is directed to file its
reply to respondent’s post-hearing brief on or before May 13, 2008. The Board will take
all other outstanding motions under consideration.
