HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 21, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to wait for comments on the proposed settlement
agreement from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 20, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
