HEARING OFFICER ORDER

the hearing officer. The parties are finalizing language for the proposed settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 9, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
