HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 21, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant has been waiting for certain discovery documents that are being
used in federal court. That trial is set to begin within the next 45 days, after which complainant
may gain access to the documents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 23, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
