HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 21, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The trustee is not willing to sign the proposed settlement agreement before the
federal consent order is finalized. At the next status conference, the parties may have more
information on how long this will take.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on May 20, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
