HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) concurs
with petitioner’s motion to supplement the record. Accordingly, the motion is granted.
The Agency plans to file an amended recommendation based on the new information
within the next month.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on May 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
