HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have exchanged additional information, and respondent expects to
know by the end of May whether conditions at the site have stabilized. The Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency will then inspect the site, and the parties will discuss
remediation issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 1, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
