hearing officer. The settlement agreement is being circulated for signatures.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
