HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner will provide additional information to respondent on one
remaining issue, and the parties expect the permit to be in the public notice period by the
next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 3, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
