HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner received payment, and will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss.
Unless the motion to dismiss has been filed, the parties are directed to participate in a
telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 19, 2008. The status
conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
