HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s environmental consultant is conducting a supplemental
soil investigation to determine the extent and location of the contamination. The data
will be available in May, and the parties will then discuss the best method for
remediation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on May 28, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
