HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 3, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant continues to wait for
discovery information from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on June 2, 2008. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant.
