HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Complainant reports that respondents agreed to
undertake some of the suggested remedial actions. However, complainant still plans to file a
motion for summary judgment. A request to admit facts will be sent to respondents within the
next two weeks.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
