HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that a stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation) is being circulated and has been with the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency r(Agency) for its review. Once the Agency completes its protracted review of
the stipulation, the parties anticipate that it will be filed shortly thereafter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on June 12, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by
the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior
to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
