HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant filed a motion for summary judgment this week on March 6, 2008.
Respondent has not responded, and is unlikely to do so. Complainant will await the Board’s
ruling.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 8:15 a.m. on May 5, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
