HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 31, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant plans to dismiss this action against respondent,
assuming that respondent is able to purchase the property from Annette Topps, and she
then uses the proceeds to pay her default judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:30 p.m. on May 6, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
