HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 31, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is still trying schedule a meeting with the Office of the Attorney
General to determine the status of the pending enforcement matter in circuit court.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 16, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
