    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On March 7, 2008, petitioner, McLean County Asphalt, filed a motion to voluntarily
    dismiss its appeal of a determination by respondent, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency). In the determination, the Agency rejected the site classification work plan
    budget for McLean County Asphalt’s leaking underground petroleum storage tank facility located at
    1100 West Market Street in Bloomington, McLean County
    . In its motion, McLean County Asphalt
    “moves to voluntarily dismiss its Petition for Review of Final Agency Leaking Underground
    Storage Tank Decisions.” Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion, dismisses this appeal, and
    closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
