HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 18, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties expect to complete written discovery by the end of April,
and complete depositions by the end of May. At the next status conference, a hearing
date may be set.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 12, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
