HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 24, 2008, complainant’s attorney contacted the hearing officer in
advance to say that she was unable to attend the status conference, but was waiting to
hear from respondents’ attorney regarding the proposed stipulation. Respondents’
attorney did not appear.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on April 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
