HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 20, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner is deciding how to proceed in light of today’s ruling on the
motion to reconsider PCB 07-147, which involved the same site and parties.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. June 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
