HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 20, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is evaluating whether the work can be completed with the funding
approved in respondent’s most recent settlement offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. June 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
