HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 12, 2008, and again on March 18, 2008, all parties participated in
telephonic status conferences with the hearing officer. A hearing date was requested by
the petitioner and a hearing date of May 15, 2008, was scheduled. The time and the
location will be noted in the notice of hearing.
The parties were informed that any questions that the Board’s technical personnel
may have regarding petitioner’s petition will be forwarded to the respective parties in a
hearing officer order prior to the hearing. The Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency’s recommendation is due on or before March 26, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 7, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
