HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent is reviewing the most recent settlement proposal that includes
comments from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
