HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent will send additional information to complainant in
response to some comments on the settlement agreement from the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 19, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
