HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 13, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it is involved in discussions regarding
internal issues and that it hopes that it will be able to forward a settlement letter to the
respondent for its review prior to the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer on May 8, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by
the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
