HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer
identified below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board
in this matter must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
On March 6, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is compiling the
record, and may file a motion to reduce the number of paper copies filed with the Board.
A hearing was set for April 16, 2008. Complainant’s brief is due by May 5, 2008 and
respondents’ briefs are due by May 19, 2008. The mailbox rule will not apply.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 1, 2008. All parties are directed to call 1-866-215-
5505 to participate in the status call.
The decision deadline is June 19, 2008.
