HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 10, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have met with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and
respondent has submitted documentation regarding compliance. Respondent plans to make
further progress on compliance issues this spring.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 9, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
